Joao, a young African-Colombian from eastern Cali, raps with an amplifier slung over his shoulder in the streets to earn money, one afternoon he is the victim of a robbery, after chasing the thief he ends up in a rich neighborhood of the city, a couple of policemen intercept him and he must justify his presence in the place.
